Upside down videos
Love the Birdify but seems that one of the last updates changed the orientation of the videos & pictures in the app. Now they are upside down. Started in August. Why?

I was sceptical about Birdfy before I bought it, so much so that I asked chat GPT if it was legitimate or a scam. I spent a little time looking into which was the best for me.

About to give up
Worked pretty well for a few days. Since then nothing but trouble. They had a national outage for several days. Now I never receive recordings or moments. I tried the factory reset, reset of WiFi, deleted and reinstalled. I then started a help chat. The person said hi, asked me a question, then went dark on me for over 20 minutes before I got tired of waiting for a response. Nonfunctional product and poor customer service will harm this company in a hurry if they donβt address the problems.

Oh my, this is great! Just hooked up my Birdfy Rookie, and Iβm thrilled by the clarity of the images. If youβre at all interested in seeing birds this is a must-have.
Great Clarity Meh Notificaiton
The clarity of the camera is great!! Love it so much better than the other brand. However it hardly records any of the birds. Itβll do the mornings but not afternoons and then occasionally it does all day.
