Loved it as Birdty, currently not working as PerchLens

The app worked beautifully as Birdty and then it changed to PerchLens. And now I can’t even log in. I tried offloading, deleting, redownloading, changing my password… nothing works. The screen doesn’t give me a message; it just does nothing after I log in. I know my first password was right bc when I hit forgot password I put in the password I had that wasn’t working and it said I can’t reuse the old password! I clicked the app support button here and it just brings me to page that I can’t do anything on. So frustrating! It was supposed to be a seamless switchover and it is anything but!

Love the feeder, app trouble today

I have been using this app for over a year and have been enjoying watching the hummingbirds that visit the feeder. I didn’t have trouble setting up the feeder and app, it’s been working great, but the app isn’t loading today. I am getting alerts for bird visits but when I open the app it won’t load anything…just watching a wheel go round and round. Not sure where else to report app issues.

Can’t log in

The app changed from birdty to perch lens and now I can’t log in at all. I tried my saved password and nothing happened, not even a wrong password message. Then I tried to forget password and it said I can’t use the same password as the old one. So i created a new password. When I use the new password nothing happens. Just stays on the log in page. Then I tried creating a new password. Same thing, not able to log in. These bird feeders are not cheap and it’s incredibly frustrating when to waste time trying to log into your account only to have it not work.

Would not recommend- at this time.

When I first purchased the birdhouse with camera it was the Birdty app and it worked well. Camera, motion detection, recording and notifications worked great. Then it switched to PerchLens, the live camera works however no movement detection, recording or notification… and we’ve seen birds in the feeder.
We’ve reset the camera, removed and reinstalled the app as well as removed and reinstalled the device.
The customer service number is useless, it is a recording that advises you to go to the app or email them - but no email addess provided.

Appreciate hearing back as I prefer not to return it to Costco.

Inconsistent

I’m not sure why my camera recordings are so inconsistent. The app tells me nothing has recorded for 10 days even though I didn’t change anything and have local storage enabled with plenty of space. Why isn’t it recording / saving? The service has changed so much since I bought this, it is very frustrating.
