The app will not let me log in at all. I even tried changing my password. Nothing

Awful app.

Bought a vacuum that doesnt work. I spent 30 minutes navigating the app trying to file a claim for my broken tool that i bought, and it just leads me in circles. Extremely frustrating and not user friendly.

Signing In

The RYOBI has the option of signing in using your Apple ID. When going to file a claim, you’re directed out of the app and to the website which requires signing in with no option for Apple ID. This makes things cumbersome when products are already registered to the Apple ID account.
