Doesn’t work for Canadian Customers

The app is useless for keeping up with the currently owned tools. Registration of new tools seems to work, but the “My Toolbox” section has been broken for half a year or more. Don’t need the app of the website shows what I have.
Just lousy
Two things:
First ‘login’ said ‘will send password reset’ but, after two tries and no reset emails … ugh, I gave up and opened test another account.
Then, after seeing the ‘register your new product in 15 seconds’ note with my new toolset, I decided to brave the hated process of registration. 30 MINUTES LATER, after entering 10 different codes, I get ‘sorry, this can’t be done now!’
Unbelievable. And unbearable. However, I will note that through the process I received no fewer than 2 opportunities / marketing pushes to BUY MORE STUFF. Good grief.

Better than the last version…
The registration process is better than the previous version but taking away the ability to remove tools from your tool box is unacceptable.
Just got the app
Just downloaded the app and tried to add the purchase I just made. Got the starter kit’s charger in there, then I got an error message saying the serial number is wrong. I used the app to SCAN the serial number on the product.
Also, we need the ability to add previously purchased tools without worrying about purchase dates and warranty.
