App just stopped working

Of a sudden we can’t view our videos every time I click on one it says play video after loading but it never loads so we can’t see our videos.

Video Does Not Work
App was working for two years to show feed from my bird feeder, now it says “play video after loading” no matter what I do. Completely broken.
There is a new app. Use Birdfy
This is the older app. Use the newer Birdfy app to connect to your device.
Stopped working
I’ve had this camera and app at least 2-3yrs. Out of the blue, it no longer allows me to view videos. It states must load to view. It is connected to all the same sources as weeks ago. Aside from the preview thumbnail, no security had. Please fix the app.
