Need to download new Birdfy app
My Netvue app stopped allowing me to view my videos I reached out to customer support and the replied letting me know I needed to download the new Birdfy app. The Netvue app is now for their security cameras only I believe. Thanks for the quick response!

Video Does Not Work
App was working for two years to show feed from my bird feeder, now it says “play video after loading” no matter what I do. Completely broken.
There is a new app. Use Birdfy
This is the older app. Use the newer Birdfy app to connect to your device.
Stopped working
I’ve had this camera and app at least 2-3yrs. Out of the blue, it no longer allows me to view videos. It states must load to view. It is connected to all the same sources as weeks ago. Aside from the preview thumbnail, no security had. Please fix the app.
