Malfunctioning
These cameras keep falling offline and then take forever to try to reconnect!!! You have to delete the camera and then TRY to reconnect. They don't reconnect and then they want you to call the service number. I shouldn't have to call! They should easily reconnect fix this issue
Not Good
I canโt figure out something as simple as changing the wifi settings. Iโve looked through every app option and canโt find it!!!! It should be the first thing you see. Ridiculous! Iโm so frustrated
Muchos problemas
Estoy teniendo muchos problemas desde hace meses cuando quiero abrir la app para ver las cรกmaras nunca se conecta, tengo que cerrar y abrir 4 o 4 veces la app para que pueda ver aรบn que sea unos 5 segundos antes que se congele la imagen. No se que le estรก pasando antes no era asรญ.

Simple. Easy to install easy to use. No monthly charges.
Confusing equipment
Iโve had these cameras for a while now and they continue to malfunction. I.e. wonโt show live video streaming and it will not show when an alert is captured on the app in order to see the alerting object. Tried contacting customer service numerous times, no oneโs is ever there. When you do get a representative, they fail to contact you back in a timely manner. No one that I have had communication with seems to even know how there equipment even works it seems.
