They fixed the spyware and malware ads that caused me to leave a 1 star review last time
So I changed my review back to 5 star but they never sent me the source code to fix all their bugs.
Nothing changes
With every update after owning for almost 2yrs this app is still trash live play has worked a few times smooth..It lags and freezes too much I donβt get an alert of a person walking past my house until two minutes after theyβre gone cameras sits 2 feet away from modem in the signal was still bad
Removes device automatically
I either randomly get logged out or my device is no longer registered. This is highly unprofessional.
Good camera, terrible app
I had this camera for years now and it worked great at first but then started lagging and the cloud subscription I paid for each month I cannot access because it continuously crashes. I contact customer service through their live chat and the person was unhelpful and didnβt care to resolve the issue.

Everything is logged an recorded. All my settings / notifications are set on, but I get nothing!
