I can’t figure out something as simple as changing the wifi settings. I’ve looked through every app option and can’t find it!!!! It should be the first thing you see. Ridiculous! I’m so frustrated
Muchos problemas
Estoy teniendo muchos problemas desde hace meses cuando quiero abrir la app para ver las cámaras nunca se conecta, tengo que cerrar y abrir 4 o 4 veces la app para que pueda ver aún que sea unos 5 segundos antes que se congele la imagen. No se que le está pasando antes no era así.

Simple. Easy to install easy to use. No monthly charges.
Confusing equipment
I’ve had these cameras for a while now and they continue to malfunction. I.e. won’t show live video streaming and it will not show when an alert is captured on the app in order to see the alerting object. Tried contacting customer service numerous times, no one‘s is ever there. When you do get a representative, they fail to contact you back in a timely manner. No one that I have had communication with seems to even know how there equipment even works it seems.

Buyer beware!
I bought a set of refurbished cameras and they failed. I had them for just over a month and when I contacted them for warranty, all I got was the run around!
Move them
Get closer to modem
Try different areas
And they still don’t work! After a week of asking for a replacement, (Not a refund), I have not received anything!
Now they want me to spend more money on shipping the camera back to them!
Bottom line:
Be prepared to spend more of your money to exchange a camera. They DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY!
Thus, the customer service is terrible.

Missing Automation
Great app overall, but I’m running into an issue with automations. I’ve created several automations that still appear when setting up a scene (for example, when selecting “run automation”), but there doesn’t seem to be any way to access them directly to modify or delete them.
I can also create automations through the “create scene” option, but once created, they can’t be edited or removed. Interestingly, the permissions section still lists automations, which suggests they exist but aren’t accessible through the interface.
Could you please restore a way to view and manage existing automations? Thanks for an otherwise excellent app!

Good reliable cameras with exellent video quality. Night vision is perfect and they are affordable.
Useful
The lightbulb LaView is long lasting and gives fairly reliable feedback. It does misidentify fairly regularly, ( calling a squirrel a cat) but nonetheless has provided a layer of information which is useful..
Rip off!!
Huge rip off, with hundreds of other camera companies offering free service I’m not sure why I chose this one. They charge way too much for a service that isn’t even accurate. I paid for the Ai assist and that was so bad, supposed to be able to tell what’s what, but it would sense floating debris as humans moving and send alerts. Complete rip off and will be switching. I recommend you don’t buy!

Frustrating App with Bugs
AVOID UNTIL BUG FIXED: The zoom position constantly resets when reviewing footage. Bug introduced in a 2024 app update. We’re considering ditching our entire 7 cam system and switching brands because of this.
Not easy
Can’t figure out how to get my wife access to the camera. Nothing is easy to find. Not a great set up. I should have bought a blink camera

Customer service
I place and order through the app it supposed to arrived on time . But the items were deliver to the wrong address. Now I have been trying to contact customer service for a refund and I haven’t heard from them. I tried calling them and emailing them but nothing. Poor service really.
