Ok I guess
Been with Netvue for 5 years now. Paying for monthly recording but only getting 7 days worth. If I want to save videos onto my phone they do not work anymore. As it states an invalid file. So have to annoyingly screen record it myself. If it gets any worse I’ll go else where.

I feel kind of tricked trying to renew the subscription. I updated payment method and it wouldn't renew.
It seemed like I had no choice but to unsubscribe then resubscribe only for the new payment to be over $22.99 a month.
I was paying $18.99 a month.
That's crazy expensive. I might as well start searching for a new surveillance system since they're also charging $5.99 for other small stuff.

Each time I try to open, it shuts off

Used to be good, ever since they changed their programming. Now you don’t get notified when someone walks into your yard or a vehicle pulling into your yard but holy Jesus you will send notifications like hell when a bug goes across the camera. We’ve had your service for almost 10 years and now it is absolute garbage. Now you want us to pay for the stuff you gave for free. Hope your company burns.

Unfortunately they got out of the security cam business and went to the birds and now deleting this app as well. Losers BIG TIME good old china controlling us.
These cameras suck!!
The app closes out every time when I try to go back & look at what’s going on & they never pkp what’s important. Def don’t recommended these & I wish I would have stuck w my blink cams!!!
No longer sales cameras!
I don’t know if they’re going out of business or what but they no longer have cameras and I’m also not getting notifications anymore. They’ve slowly been declining in the app. Sad that I have to find a different company as I really liked Netvue products. Been using them for a few years now. Anyone know what’s going on?

Frequent Crashes
Can’t even use my bird feeder camera for its basic purpose because the app crashes every time I try to view a video. Also, it keeps saying it requires full access to my photo library just to save a picture. Disappointing.

Love Netvue
I’ve got 3 Netvue cameras and I love them. They have good views and picks up sound good. I’ve had my cameras for about 5 years now and haven’t had any problems. I highly recommend this brand.
Video log crashes every time
The Netvue app used to consistently catalog videos of bird feeder activity and create an easy-to-navigate list of videos to watch after the fact. The new timeline interface is awful and crashes literally every time I try to use it. Awful!
Its keeps saying OFFLINE
Its was going good but it’s said offline I so many in my apps and I got this was the one, but isn’t this was like I kept saying off-line. I couldn’t even see my baby camera.

I have liked using Netvue cameras, however today all of a sudden i click on the app and it just crashes every single time, wont even launch. Super disappointed.
Poor Customer Service
There was a problem with the camera requesting a reconnection ,the customer service team HUNG UP when he couldn’t help.

Too many issues. It gives constant errors. Says bird feeder is not connect yet won’t connect and says no memory card is installed yet there is. Im having to use a third party app to even be able to view the camera because this app doesn’t work at all.
