Sudden issues with app and web site
I’ve been pretty happy with my two Aiper devices and the app for the last two years. But right now there are multiple problems. The app started acting weird a day or two ago, where everytime I tried to open it, instead of showing me my devices it shiwed an “Add device” screen, with a “Current network unavailable” banner over it. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and can’t even get past the login screen, as it has the same network error. I tried going to Aiper.com to post a support ticket, and that web site won’t open for me, saying “Server can’t be found”. I can open the Aiper store web site, but clicking the Contact Us link there also results in server can’t be found. All other internet and apps seem to function fine. I even tried disabling WiFi on my phone to force connections through cellular, but the Aiper app and some Aiper sites/links fail just the same. So something appears to be wrong somewhere in Aipers web services or authentication, with no way to report it, other than here

This app collects too much personal information and shares it with others. I will not be downloading it.

We have had a Surfer2 for two seasons and it has been fantastic!!! Especially during pollen season! Highly recommend!! Also any questions or issues that have come up have been addressed quickly by customer service!!!
Manual rain delay
The app lacks the ability to manually turn off the sprinkler. While the sprinkler detects (poorly) rainfall, it needs a manual shut off option as well as the option to skip a scheduled watering sessions.
App use for robot lackluster
I have the pool robot. I get it can’t connect to the WiFi underwater. No big deal. But honestly the only thing the app is good for is seeing what level of charge it’s at while charging. It won’t even tell you when it’s fully charged. That seems to be a bare minimum feature. This app definitely needs some actual upgrades.

Une suggestion: pourrait on avoir une fonctionnalité dans l’application qui permettrait de bloquer la recharge max à 80% de la batterie afin de préserver celle-ci dans le temps. Merci

Tout d’abord appareil sympa, facile à mettre en route et application très intuitive qui permet de le paramétrer sans problème.
pour l'eco surfer 2 : Un fonctionnement en grande autonomie solaire car il consomme manifestement peu : avec un soleil très présent actuellement, il peut fonctionner toute la journée en rester au maximum de sa charge.
Par contre, une aspiration plus importante serait la bienvenue, et dans l’idéal, plutôt que de paramétrer un fonctionnement aléatoire ou vers les bords (ce qui est possible), il faudrait qu’une évolution du micro logiciel permette aux capteurs de détecter les saletés et de se diriger automatiquement vers elles.

IrriSense 2 Lack of sharing profile with a second person
Please add the functionality to share the IrriSense app profile with a family member. The irrigation system should be controllable by family not just one person.

App works fairly well. It's not entirely intuitive where different settings are, but hopefully that will get better. My biggest complaint is it won't allow two phones to be logged onto the same account at the same time. Why not??? It's super annoying that I am constantly re-logging in for that reason.

Not impressed with the app
One would assume that if a person could invent a robot pool sweep that someone would have the intelligence to off an app that actually serves a purpose. The only thing the app is good for is seeing how much it is charged when charging and checking the temperature outside. Come on ! Do better!

Bien mais il manque hélas quelques fonctionnalités
L’application est bien mais il lui manque quelques fonctionnalités comme une connexion par Face ID (chaque fois que l’on quitte l’application, on est obligé de se reconnecter et d’accepter le condition d’utilisation sur un bouton radio minuscule !), une app pour l’Apple Watch et un Widgets qui pourrait indiquer le temps restant pour le nettoyage en cours; actuellement on a juste une notification quand il est fini et qui se perd au milieu de toutes les autres notifications…

N’importe quoi… 👎🏼
J’étais plutôt satisfait de cette application me permettant de gérer mon robot de surface + mon robot de fond ; seulement voilà ; non-seulement après chaque mise à jour il faut tout re-paramétrer, mais de surcroît suite à la dernière mise à jour cette app me dit maintenant qu’elle ne peut gérer aucun de mes deux robots puisqu’ils sont enregistrés ailleurs… 👎🏼
Croyez-vous chez Aiper que j’ai acheté ces deux robots pour perdre mon temps à devoir tout reprogrammer (et encore, quand je peux, parce que là je suis bloqué !) parce que votre application fait n’importe quoi ? Assurément NON ; j’ai acheté ces deux robots pour me simplifier la vie et non pas pour ME LA COMPLIQUER parce que vos programmeurs semblent ne pas avoir inventé la machine à courber les bananes et qu’ils font leur boulot avec leurs pieds… 🤬
Total des courses même si je n’ai - pour l’instant (…) - pas à me plaindre de ces robots, force est de constater que je ne peux plus utiliser cette app (ni du coup les programmer 👎🏼) sous prétexte qu’ils seraient « déjà enregistrés ».

Hard to use app.
Not an easy app to use. Trying to update firmware but not sure it was updated. App has confusing firmware numbers that don’t match what is in the notification.
