Need to improve scheduler
Please improve the scheduler to allow multiple areas in a sequence. This is a very basic thing. It is such a head ache right now to have multiple areas organized, guess work to space out the jobs and it in just cancels the job in case of a minor overlap.

Très bonne application et fonctionne très bien. Par contre je n’arrive pas à la connecter sur plusieurs appareils sans déconnexion d’un autre appareil, c’est dommage
App instable
À chaque mise à jour les appareils enregistrés sont supprimés. Et une fois sur deux il est impossible de se connecter nul !

Funktioniert sehr gut aber das Datum in den Protokollen ist auf 1999 angezeigt 🤷♂️
Poor notifications
We use the app with a Scuba X1 Pro Max and HydroComm Pro. Primary complaint is no notification when the Scuba docks. The app clearly shows it is recalling, then docking, then it connects to WiFi, and there should be a notification at this point. Nothing. Ever. Only when the robot is removed from the water is a notification received that cleaning is complete - retrieve promptly. Not helpful.
Addendum 1) We sometimes manually power off the HydroComm at night or remove it from water. After powering back on or placing back in water we get dozens of sensor error notifications. Firstly, everything’s fine and it returns data. Secondly, just one notification would do if there really was an error.
Addendum 2) When Scuba is in water on Standby and connected to HydroComm, the cleaning capability does not show the same as chosen before entering water nor can it be changed.

App doesn’t stay logged in
Every time I switch out of the app and go back in it logs me out. Very annoying.

In der App sollte es noch mehr Einstellungen geben, der Oval Pool fehlt komplett, den kann man nicht wählen. Ausserdem sollte noch für die Berechnungen unbedingt eingefügt werden, falls ein UV Licht verbaut ist, da ja dann viel weniger Chlor benötigt wird da das UV Licht ja Bakterien abtötet.

-Hinzufügen zusätzlicher Punkte einer bestehenden Karte (total unlogisch???)
- Bewässerungsdauer individuell einstellbar (nur 1,5,10 Min., Käse!)
-Mehrfachbewässerung eines eingestellten Programms. Nachgesäter Rasen wird alle 30 Min. bewässert. Ich müsste dazu eine Vielzahl von Zeitprogrammen einstellen. Warum nicht pro Programmierung 10-15 Zeitpunkte auswählbar??
Die App steckt noch in den Anfängen, Professionalität sieht anders aus!!!

Sinnlos App
Selten so eine sinnlose App erlebt. Funktioniert nur wenn der Roboter nicht im Wasser ist und damit unbrauchbar . Was all der Blödsinn ?

Easy to use. Great functionality. Makes watering my shrubs a breeze. There are however a couple of issues. If this is somehow my mistake I would absolutely change to 5 stars: 1) once you have created a “region”, there is no way to edit the points. To change you must create an entire new one. 2) there doesn’t appear to be a way to run each region manually. You can only schedule a time for it to run

I'm very impressed with this company's products and find their app quite user-friendly. I reported a problem which was resolved by their support group in the next release hence also give excellent marks to their support and change teams!

My wife and I would both like to access the app to look at our pool cleaner. However we can’t both be signed in at the same time or else the other person gets kicked out with a vague “for security reasons” message.
No privacy - Always needs exact location
I purchased two aiper bots last summer of 2025. Required email + password + exact location + scanning for device networks or app would not allow for setup. I gave in. Shut down the pool in the fall. This spring 2026, I guess the app updated. No record of my email, password or devices. Had to setup again, sharing my location exactly etc … then it complained my devices were “ bound “ to another account, so I had to reset them … then I had to give more details about my pool than my pool company even needs …
No, you don’t need to know exactly where I live and all other devices that are on my wifi network!!!
