Doesn’t work
App was fine the first season. Now it won’t connect to WiFi at all. Bluetooth is fine, but the app refuses to connect to my 2.4 GHz network, even when I bring my Deco satellite outside within 15 feet or directly in the other side of the wall where the ColorSync is mounted. I’ve turned the controller off at the breaker for 10 minutes, deleted and reinstalled the app, and everything else I can find or think of. The app simply won’t connect, so my pool lights can only be managed manually by going around the side of the house.

Sometimes
I am not sure how I would like to phrase this. The continually loses access. The only remedy that I found is to open all of the breakers in the control panel, reset them. Something needs to be done.
Useless
By far the worst app. I thought the purpose of the app was to be able to monitor and or adjust your pool settings “remotely” which of course is impossible if the system is constantly offline. Is there a reason why the system doesn’t automatically reconnect after an outage or interruption ?? Now when I’m returning to my house I like to stare at the disconnected app for about 10 minutes on my phone and then just end up paying one of my tech guys to go to the house and manually reconnect the system. 👍

Great pump and app
I’m very impressed with the technology built into the pump and app. The pump has been working great and the app is easy to use.
Disappointing that they’re bricking the salt sensor after 4 years.
Received an email stating that they are dropping support for the water softener salt level sensor. Paid over $60 for it, but now they say “the Salt Sensor will no longer work and may be discarded”.
