Today I downloaded this app and I was shocked when I saw the rating of the app how some people are complaining about it, but for me I had a great experience, I changed the entire booking without any issues, the app was smooth friendly to use, I really appreciate the great service offering by the company, I hope you keep up with the great work 🙏❤️

Keep bugging
The developers need to update this app frequently because it keeps bugging and you need to uninstall it and install it again so it can work. Also, we need to have more flexibility for changing airports and tickets purchased using avios ( points). This commercial company is making a good money so they have to spend some of it in the development….

Air Algérie ne fonctionne plus correctement sur iOS
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, l'application Air Algérie ne fonctionne plus correctement sur iOS. Impossible d'accéder à mes réservations ou de faire une nouvelle réservation. J'espère qu'une correction sera apportée rapidement, car cette application était très pratique auparavant. Merci de remédier à ce problème au plus vite !
