Sur mon appareil IOS, j’ai toujours de la misère à ouvrir ou lancer l’application. Soit ça reste bloquer sur l’écran blanc ou alors l’application se ferme.

For a multi-billion airline that has all gouvernement support and trying to be a leader in the continent, it is absolutely embarrassing that your iOS app has been completely unusable for the last few months. It crashes instantly upon opening or right when you try to access a booking. Relying on a mobile browser at a crowded airport gate because the developer team can't patch a basic stability bug is a joke. Fix your app.

Today I downloaded this app and I was shocked when I saw the rating of the app how some people are complaining about it, but for me I had a great experience, I changed the entire booking without any issues, the app was smooth friendly to use, I really appreciate the great service offering by the company, I hope you keep up with the great work 🙏❤️
