Application nulle. C’est de l’arnaque. J’ai commandé un burger et j’ai payé par carte. La commande a été annulée sous prétexte que le livreur ne peut pas venir à ma localisation. J’ai demandé un remboursement mais sans résultat. Le service client est nul. Ne payez JAMAIS par carte sur cette application minable.

U order some food only for it to come an hour later than the estimated time which was already long enough, then customer service is even worse no one speaks to you !

Les réductions sont bien -30 % ex.. mais vous devriez faire un effort avec la livraison on doit attendre au moin 50 min jusqu’à 1 heure est quelques

So expensive, so unnecessary. There’s a better app than this. Also, making life more harder for people with low income waiting for hours for available taxis who charge double on the street, but most of them are using apps with NO real customers with green light. This should be illegal plus l’m having a hard time deleting my account !! Tunis, u can do better 🇹🇳
