What a terrible app!
Freezes at payment on the app and desktop website. Awful.
Slow and inefficient
You gotta be patient to go thru the slow and clunky interface, just for the payment not to process and return an “unknown error”. Happened many times at different dates and for different routes. This app is a disgrace.

My experience with the regular ONCF trains was very bad. Unfortunately, many passengers do not respect the assigned seats, which creates a lot of frustration and conflicts between travelers. Even when your ticket clearly shows your seat number, some people refuse to move and let you sit in your own place. This often leads to arguments and uncomfortable situations during the journey.
However, my experience with the Al Boraq high-speed train was completely different. Honestly, I have never had a bad experience with it. The service is much more comfortable and organized, and I have always had a positive experience when traveling on the high-speed train.
