J’ai souvent des problèmes lors du paiement avec ma carte enregistrée. À chaque tentative, une erreur s’affiche, et je suis obligé de saisir à nouveau les informations de ma carte, bien qu’elles soient déjà enregistrées. Cela rend le processus de paiement frustrant et peu pratique.

Il semble y avoir des problèmes et des erreurs persistants lors du processus de paiement des tickets via l'application. Malgré mes nombreuses tentatives pour contacter le service client, aucune solution n'a été trouvée. Cette expérience me fait remettre en question la fiabilité de la digitalisation au Maroc.
