Service Catastrophique
Nous avons commandé un assez grand repas pour la famille. À l’arrivée de la commande il manquait un plat. Nous avons donc signalé cela à Yassir Express. Après 1h30 rien n’a été fait. Nous les avons donc rappelés et on nous a dit que le livreur et/ou le restaurant allaient être contacté, mais nous n’avons eu absolument aucune nouvelle. Service absolument catastrophique je déconseille!

It takes a long time to deliver the food, no response from customer service, and no refund yet.
I ordered food at 12:27 and he told me that it would arrive at 1:15. After that, he said that it would arrive at 1:45, and now he tells me that it will arrive at 2:40. This is unacceptable, and I do not expect that the food will arrive hot. This is misleading to the customers. You say that it will arrive after 50 minutes, then we wait two hours and after that the food is cold. In addition, I called and sent more than one message to customer service, but they did not respond and did not return the money to me. Shame on you, very bad service.
