The airline practices racism, discriminates in its treatment among the people of the same nation, and treats people based on social classes. What one of its employees said seems to be commonly used among the company's staff

Doesn’t work
Screen is black when you open the app. Checking in on the website is also not possible.
Worst airline
One of the worst airline experiences I have ever had. My luggage was lost, and the airline handled the situation with complete negligence and zero professionalism.
