When is an app not an app? When you open it and see a black screen.
After trying to check in for my flight from my phone and getting nowhere, I downloaded the app.

Doesn’t work
Screen is black when you open the app. Checking in on the website is also not possible.
Worst airline
One of the worst airline experiences I have ever had. My luggage was lost, and the airline handled the situation with complete negligence and zero professionalism.
