Bad app
Trying to put my phone number to register from USA kept giving me error that my phone number has to be at least 10 numbers but my numbers are 10 . Still won’t register me. You’re hurting your business because now I will look for another way of transferring.
Horrible Services
The company is dishonest and the app is buggy. You ain’t able to cancel a trip. Customer service is very rude and not helpful at all and refuse to admit the bugs and issues on the app and website. They refuse to refund or change tickets regardless. Not recommended
