Horrible Services
The company is dishonest and the app is buggy. You ain’t able to cancel a trip. Customer service is very rude and not helpful at all and refuse to admit the bugs and issues on the app and website. They refuse to refund or change tickets regardless. Not recommended

انا في باص إيرو ١:٣٠ من الوطنيه شرم للقاهره و السواق مشغل أغاني شعبيه و مش عارفين ننام ده غير ان الحمام مقفول من ساعة ماطلعنا و مش شغال و أنا محتاج أستعمله و لما إستعملته النور وقع من مكانه. ده غير إن الباص واضح إنه مبيتنضفش من رحله للتانيه.
اسوء تجربه ولن تعاد نهائي
تعامل سيئ حجزت من مدينه مصر للغردقه بتفاجئ بيوقف ساعه بالتجمع وبيوقف وبيرجع بروح جونه بعدين الغردقه تاخير في المواعيد تجربة سيئه جدا لن تعاد ابدا

App not working laging there is not even a loading screen and credit card transaction not working and customer service are absolutely rude if u are not even bothering with the app why make one to begin with not bothering with this nonsense again
مشكلة في الدفع
الابليكشن نفسه جيد ويمكنك معرفة الرحلات المتاحة لكن وسائل الدفع كلها عقيمة وغير مجدية، لقد جربت اكثر من كارت فيزا وماستر كارد لكن كل المحاولات بائت بالفشل بالاضافة لمشكلات مع فوري فلم انجح ابدا باستعمال حسابي او حساب أخي للدفع.
اتصلت بخدمة العملاء وعرضوا نفس طرق الدفع ولم تنجح واضطررت أخيرًا الى الحجز عن طريق المكتب في مارينا ٧ والدفع كاش.
اتمنى تطوير نظم الدفع للتسهيل وضمان اتمام المعاملات بنجاح ويسر

When im trying to finalize the ticket confirmation it’s showing update the app to last version and I already updated it since long time!!! No one have iphone can purchase a ticket through the app!!!
Trash service indeed
I booked two tickets from El Gouna to Alexandria and on the travel date, I find out they were cancelled! They were cancelled two days before my trip without me knowing, and without receiving a cancellation confirmation email nor a text message, which I always receive whenever I cancel a trip. I called support and they refused to admit any guilt and the agent refused to transfer me to a manager or supervisor to talk to. He kept saying that it can’t be done through him which is bullsh**! I worked at a call center before and I know the procedure well. So all I got was a hellish day finding an alternative method to get back home and I got 30 EGP deducted from my tickets refund as a cancellation fee for a cancellation I did not perform. Their website is unreliable and their app is useless since you cannot book trips through it(Constant errors whenever I try)nor make any changes.
