Unsolved issue

My account is suspended because of someone I help with a ride I connected him with my visa and now y’all can’t help solve it very bad , y’all are scam

Takes toooo long!

Apart from it taking way too long to create account, the log in, then try and add card ( which failed twice, UK visa Debit ) try to add funds via digital wallet - need to scan National ID… I’m not Egyptian. I don’t have one. Says powered by Sahl, which is exactly the same app I use to top up my NFC electricity card using any and all of my bank card that fail with the Rabbit app…
No option of Apple Pay, no option for instapay or to scan bank card. Gave up and got an uber.. pls sort this all out.

They change rates during the ride. I was charged 8 times the rate that showed when I booked it. When I complained about it they said you need to have a screen shot to prove it. Don’t they have records if their rates!!!
