Excellent Care While Traveling Abroad
We had an excellent experience with Air Doctor while traveling in Italy. The doctor came directly to our Airbnb to examine my daughter for a painful earache. She was punctual, professional, thorough, and explained everything very clearly.
She gave us clear next steps and the necessary prescriptions, and she even arrived earlier than scheduled, which allowed me to get to the pharmacy before its 1 PM closure. Everything worked out seamlessly, and my daughter is already starting to feel better.
Having access to reliable medical care while traveling with children gave me tremendous peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the service and would absolutely use Air Doctor again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Air Doctors is a Great Service!!!
I was in Spain and needed a doctor. I was not familiar with the options I had available until my RBC rep Shanell gave me info regarding the Air Doctor service and stayed in contact with me to give me the comfort level. Honestly it was a simple process just needed someone to guide me. Congratulations RBC for providing this service!!!

The Air Doctor service was excellent overall. Initially, getting the app and process figured out while overseas was a little challenging, so we needed to utilize the chat feature and eventually speak directly with a representative around 1:00 AM due to our location and the timing of our emergency. We spoke with a representative named Karen, who patiently walked us through everything we needed to do first thing on a Monday morning and even on a holiday. She was professional, calm, patient, and helped us get the care we needed when we needed it most. Once connected, the process was smooth, reassuring, and very helpful during an international travel situation.
