Help
This app claims to save storage space but when I record a video or take a photo it automatically goes on my device camera roll too, so it defeats the point of why I got it. I looked in the settings but can’t find a way to change this. Also can’t find a customer support or contact section for help. This app seemed promising but I’m bummed.

We love air. Our whole team does but this app is atrocious! Search crashes, can’t click on tags, and super laggy!

Can’t upload photos/videos
Love that there’s an app but I can’t upload photos & videos from my phone. Just stays on a blank white screen that never loads every time I try.

The first red flag is their unfindability in the app store and google. Bad SEO usually indicates a team that’d not handling details well. Indeed, the desktop app crashes upon opening, or at least appears to, and only an attentive sleuth user finds it to be running Dropbox style in the upper bar. In the moments before it disappeared from my screen and wouldnt open again by sidebar icon click, I read app copy that was awkwardly phrased. Thirty minutes of bad first impression was enough to lead me to delete this app and search for DAM competitors.

I use this app to manage all of my clients work. It’s super easy to use and it’s beautifully designed.
