Notifications Don’t Exist
I have used this app since 2024 for providing remote DIY support and it hasn’t worked well a single time. I get notifications of tickets after I’ve already opened them. Like what’s the point of that? Then the keyboard is always having issues. I have told the company I’m with to switch but of course they haven’t. This app isn’t gorgeous at all!

Needs work
iOS keyboard / typing and message viewing experience is poor and buggy.
Terrible support
The app is good until you need help. At that point you are on your own. They don’t have support, at least I feel that way after 10 tickets/emails to their support and no response in over a week. I will not recommend this to anyone, stay away from this app.
Missed almost all of customer messages.
Have been using gorgias to handle the customer messages via chat. The push notifications doest work and we never know when the client has sent us message. Have talked to customer service multiple times, but apart from the generic resolutions, nothing seems to work.
