The connection doesn’t stay connected
Very frustrating to have the internet connection constantly drop and then it doesn’t always re-connect. Limits the use of the dang device! Ugh

It lasted for one year and it’s very cheap for surviving one entire year I liked it
Scam alert
I used the QR code and it loaded up a page of adverts.
It signed me up using my card loaded on my phone and charged me almost £30, not sure if subscription and nowhere to unsubscribe. Currently trying to resolve with Amazon and bank

Everytime i connect the cleaning device to my wifi, i tried to do it through the app and in my settings, the wifi stayed connected sometimes and other times it didnt but either way the actual device did not show any image on the app, it would either load forever even past it saying “successfully connected”it would just stay there and not show the camera view, and if it did switch to the camera view the screen was black. Two times i was able to connect it fully and use it for 3-5 minutes before the screen went black again, the device is completely charged but keeps turning the camera off my itself. 29-30 times it just shows a black screen and doesn’t even try to connect me
