Excellent and easy to use
After taking over a post office and shop in March 15 which did not have any systems already in place, we needed an EPOS system that was quick to learn, easy to set up, reasonably priced to justify the monthly cost, and crucially had a support team that would actually respond to questions within a reasonable timeframe.
We evaluated a number of products before settling on Airpos, which met all our needs.
Having never done EPOS before, the support team at Airpos were vital to us getting it right. Their timely responses to our problems and questions enabled us to get the system configured and live as quickly as possible. We now have over 3000 product lines in the system.
Airpos works seamlessly with izettle for credit card payments, and we use the Socket Mobile scanner for barcoding, and Star TSP650 for printing receipts. The whole package works extremely well and certainly impressed our customers when we installed the system in the shop.
Airpos continue to develop the user interface and back office, and always take on board our feedback and suggestions for features to improve and enhance the software.
If you are looking to introduce EPOS into your business for the first time, we strongly recommend Airpos for its simplicity, functionality and superb support team, which I guarantee you'll need and appreciate. If you are looking to replace an old PC based EPOS system, then Airpos offers excellent value for money and is ideal for introducing the world of internet-based EPOS to your shop, bar or salon.
