Does not work with iPhone X

I was trying to connect the device to iPhone X and I couldn’t. I tried it with the Xs Max and it worked. I would appreciate it it got fixed at your earliest convenience

Best diagnostic tool for my bluetooth Star Printer

All features removed

This latest update removes the ability to print custom text, barcodes, and messages by typing in the app. You can only print generic samples. Now my printer is far less useful. Why did they remove all these features?
