Printer stopped printing order number
Printed tickets now only print order number when paid by card or saved to a tab. When pay by cash is selected the printed ticket has no number. Even after we select a number in the screen before payment screen

The systems change like every 2 weeks and it’s never once been in favor of the user. Just gets harder to find things and makes you press more buttons.
Horrible
We have used Square for Restaurants for 5 years and I used to recommend, however, recent changes to the app are full of bugs and have made it harder to operate a business. The app support is also non existent. I would highly recommended considering other point of sale applications.
Issue with combo name no printing on kitchen tickets
I’m not sure why, suddenly, 2 of my 4 kitchen printer stop printing the name of the combo. On the kitchen display everything shows correctly and when reprinting from those devices, the orders then reprint correctly. Everything coming from the iPad tablets is not. I’ve spoken to several people in the tech support but nothing is working.
