The app doesn’t work. Cannot connect TSP100III despite multiple attempts and hunting for info. What a waste of time ugh.

Awful support and product
They claim to have “hold print” functionality. We have a dozen of these. The app says it’s enabled but the function doesn’t work. Tech support literally says “it’s not supposed to work even if the app says it’s enabled”. Just unreal. And don’t even get me started on their WiFi modules. THEY DONT EVEN ALLOW SYMBOLS! We had to create a separate SSID just for our printers. Even then, they drop connection constantly. Setting them up in the app is one of the least intuitive things I’ve ever encountered. It’s just a shame.

ABYSMAL! Do not buy Star products!
The lack of support for a printer we have barely had for 2 years is truly awful. They replaced the old utility app for the TSP100III with this garbage and it just flat-out will not recognize the printer. I bet everyone at this company smells bad too.
