Absolutely Horrific Customer Service

I had $40 missing from my account. I reach out to support. So called “Elle” opens a complaint, never addresses the issue. And, closes the complaint despite me repeatedly saying not to. After I complain again. “She” has the audacity to tell me that she tried her best. If I could attach photos… I screenrecorded the whole convo because it is that disgusting. The AI responded with more human responses than these support workers.
