Absolutely Horrific Customer Service
I had $40 missing from my account. I reach out to support. So called “Elle” opens a complaint, never addresses the issue. And, closes the complaint despite me repeatedly saying not to. After I complain again. “She” has the audacity to tell me that she tried her best. If I could attach photos… I screenrecorded the whole convo because it is that disgusting. The AI responded with more human responses than these support workers.

I’m really disappointed with this app. They locked my cash app for like eight months already and they’ll let me take my money and they haven’t fixed my problem yet and I called like 56 times already and always is an excuse.

Cash App is the biggest mistake I ever made! This pretend bank is nothing but a joke! No customer service at all, & when you finally do talk to a human, you can not understand a single word they say! These people have stolen hundreds if not thousands of dollars from me, & people wonder why they’re constantly being sued! Green status is laughable!! Not a single benefit they claim to be able to offer has been achieved after months of receiving my direct deposit here! Every interaction with anything at cash app results in your problem being prolonged! The biggest waste of time money & energy I’ve ever experienced!! I’m firing these clowns the instant I receive my direct deposit! I’m also filing claims with every financial oversight agency in the government, as well as contacting my congressman & senators about these thugs!! I won’t sleep until cash app is no more!!

You should give discounts to any store like a 5% if we reach a certain amount of points of the money that we spend
Great for Scammers
One common denominator with all scammers is that they almost always request me to use Cash App. Now I know why. When I’ve had encounter scams through Venmo and PayPal, they have been great at reaching out and I have never lost a dispute. I have been scammed a few times in Cash App and they have never been of any help. I have submitted clear evidence and I receive the same generic reply each time. Ultimately it falls on me but why continue using an app that offers no protection and one that scammers prefer for this exact reason?

Don’t trust them
They do not have proper security in place to block fraudulent behavior. I had money stolen from me due to bad behavior on their platform and their only reply was “contact your local law enforcement”. Save your time and headache.

Someone took a big sum of money out of my account and I went through the proper steps to file a claim. Nobody wanted to give any information. Constantly told that I need to wait for an email. Even after explaining and calling constantly, the issue was not resolved. This institution is only looking out for themselves and their customers. Have never had this issue with a certified bank.

Customer service terrible
Cashapp allowed someone to third party hack my account and steal all my money (ALOT too). It has been a month and a half, and I have yet to receive my refund. Customer service persistently has attitude and the people who review cases do not reply to emails. Even after being hacked, cashapp only changed the username to the account, left money in it, and told me it had “been closed”. They decided three weeks ago I “won the case” but have yet to send a check…drag it some more cashapp!
