For some unknown ridiculous reason I am locked out of my account with no explanation. There’s so many other better options.

Awful to work with
Created a business account, and zero communication about getting it verified.
Creating a business profile is confusing, and then after all the work to sign up, the account is still not “verified” 11 days later with no communication. It is frustrating to go though all the steps, and then have no access to using the account.
Venmo sucks! I was scammed and they have not been helpful in the least. I have not received a refund

Too many ads in app
Venmo used to be a readily accessible way to pay friends, family, small businesses. Now the app is so filled with ads and offers that it it’s difficult to navigate quickly. I hope they clean this up for a better streamlined app.
