I’ve had nothing but trouble with Venmo since starting to use it for personal and business.
Unexpected Charges
I sent my daughter $300 for her birthday, Venmo deducted $7.20! Stopped using Venmo for payments, their charges are exorbitant and no customer support is available to provide an explanation or refund. Avoid Venmo, use Zelle instead.
Lost money
I’ve been locked out frozen account. For absolutely no reason leaving me with lost money from clients trying to use Venmo to pay me. So spoke with a rep on the phone and they said I would be prioritized because they didn’t know why my account was frozen that was over a week ago. Still nothing no one has contacted me by e-mail and I still can’t use Venmo. I don’t recommend downloading this app it’s a Scam!!!
