For some unknown ridiculous reason I am locked out of my account with no explanation. There’s so many other better options.

Created a business account, and zero communication about getting it verified.
Creating a business profile is confusing, and then after all the work to sign up, the account is still not “verified” 11 days later with no communication. It is frustrating to go though all the steps, and then have no access to using the account.
Venmo sucks! I was scammed and they have not been helpful in the least. I have not received a refund

Too many ads in app
Venmo used to be a readily accessible way to pay friends, family, small businesses. Now the app is so filled with ads and offers that it it’s difficult to navigate quickly. I hope they clean this up for a better streamlined app.

Not everything can be done without humans. Many of the links or steps to report a problem don’t work!

Love Love Love
I’ve been a Venmo user for just over a year now and use it for everything from shopping in store & online, payroll, some of my business ventures, payments income & outgoing. I have never had a single issue, therefore never had any concerns with my money. Transfers to and from my regular bank & credit cards are super fast and easy to do also! As I said, Love Love Love!!

Plenty of money in the linked account but it will not let me pay from it.

I use this to pay for stuff and it’s a incredibly good app I totally recommend if your kid wants a debit card use Venmo as a first <3

Terrible customer service by phone, had to call 3 times for issues to understood, still dispute not showing on my app

I got scammed and Venmo didn’t help me out at all instead they threaten to suspend my account for attempting to get them to help resolve the issue.

Venmo has give me so many problems, constantly suspending my account for nothing? i’ve tried to contact support and they have not helped what so ever! i recommend a different app.
