Convenient but too much in fees

Poor customer service
They outsource the customer service to foreign countries. Good luck getting any service. The customer service team has instructions not inline with the current app, so cannot provide service. They are classic corporate America
Terrible Terrible Terrible
Once I get my situation sorted out I will NEVER use square ever again for any business. I’m a young 20 year old upstart business owner who happens to deal with larger number transactions due to the nature of the labour and materials. Square did not hesitate to lock up my account the second my customers transactions were made. By far the worst experience with an invoicing business app EVER! Don’t ever use square if you want to avoid any issues.

Both Square and Cash App are owned by Block, Incorporated, formerly Square, Incorporated. I have owned Square for almost 15 years, and they decided to shut it down for whatever reason. These are two predatory companies that pray on low income earners and fear the federal government and High earners and tax audits by the federal government .They will not tell you the reason; they just make it up and close Cash App. Square has been shut down as well. I have been using both for minor sales to people who do not have banking. When I tried large legitimate sales, they freak out and start closing your account.
