Forces users to re register the user account but yet blocks the registration process when user enter the same email/phone number as previously registered for the 1.0 app- of coz user will use back the same phone and email! Your redundancy checking logic is flawed.
Using the previous login also thres an error saying email login has been disabled please login again.

Frustrating experience!!!
Why are you forcing your customer to pay their bills via this App??!!!
Previously I had to repeatedly register my water bill account 4 times. The information is not transferred when you migrate to new app. Making me to give up using this rubbish app!
Now you are forcing me to pay my water bill via App. And I had to register my water bill account again, 5th times. Why are you making it hard for us to pay our bill? You will send a warning notice to cut water supply if we don’t make payment.

Violating Rights
If we can pay bill with out account verification, why can't the account statement be sent to the tied profile email? In addition, your apps capability to scan mykad for verification is the worst compared to TOuch n Go, Settle and others. Who on earth give a green light for your KYC journey . meh. Again, back to the title, why do i need to be verified for the apps when Air Selangor has my associated email for the statement?

Worse update
Been using the previous version for years without any issue, infact one of the best utility app. This version really pushing my button, i have to register again with IC, and after registering, the apps cant recognise my IC no and request to use other ID. Like wht ID? Passport ? Military ID ? When i email them on the issue, they request picture of my IC back and front for verification. I'm trying to pay bill here, not applying for loan. For god sake 😡

Cant even setup my account
While im trying to register my account, i am stuck at the page of keying in my personal details like name, phone, etc. Frankly, nothing wrong with this process, but the best part is im unable to type those info as input method is provided. How the hell im going to input those info if the soft qwerty keyboard doesnt even pop up? Pls do a thorough review before launching any new apps. This is super frustrating and now im stuck.
