Using this app is like having a part time job 😄
The ai voices are cool, there’s a good selection, and some sound pretty natural. But the interface is confusing, and when you upload a pdf the app breaks it down to 1-2 minute ‘pages’, with some pages only being 30 seconds long, and you have to manually add them, one by one, to a queue in order to generate the audio version of the pdf. Even if you have plenty of the app’s ‘currency’ (earned by watching ads or purchased), it takes a long while to generate the audio files. Only then you can relax and play the story. Imagine trying to listen to Lord of the Rings 😂 you’ll grow old, grey and bankrupt before it will start playing!

Not configured to buy credits, so you can't convert any text to audio.

Currently only a 3star right now but would make an updated review to 5stars if they fix the bug where the voices become unintelligible and you can’t understand it for a few seconds. Also, make the retry generation do something, whenever I click retry it never does anything. This app is cool and has so much potential but the bugs bring it down when they interrupt my book.

It would be great but some of the books I downloaded don’t have words in it just the chapter headings. I thought it was the size but I did one that was bigger that was just fine so I don’t know what wrong
