Great until you need customer service
I’ve used Airfordable multiple times with no issue. I’ve recently tried to book, and I get an error with my account issue after filling out the information. I’ve reached out to customer multiple times via email & phone, and I haven’t received a response. You cannot talk to anyone when you call, you leave a message & someone is supposed to call you back…they never do. I loved using it so I want to fix whatever is wrong with my account but I can’t do that of if no one will reach back out!!

Ease of Use
This was my first time using Airfordable, but I know others who have used it before. It was so easy and I received my ticket AS SOON AS I made the final payment. If I had a question, I received a prompt response.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I most certainly would. I am begging you to please stay away from this platform. They are predatory and will not help in anyway to correct their mistakes. Literally paid over $800 for a DOMESTIC FLIGHT with $200 of that being in premium seating. But guess what? MY SEAT WERE NEVER CONFIRMED OR BOOKED ON THE AIRLINE SITE. When I reached out to the airline, they told me to reach out the Airfordable.. When I reached out to Airfordable.. I was told to reach out to the airline. So basically I just pulled $200 out my rear end and threw it in the air for whomever to take. After several minutes of gaslighting and an unsuccessful conversation with Ama I was basically told there wasn’t anything they could do and to reach out to the airline. So if you can please stay away from them. I just deactivated my account and will spend the better part of my time informing as many people as I can to NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

Fake Reviews
These reviews have to be fake because these tickets aren’t cheap. You’re better off paying for the ticket out of pocket. When I put everything together, I was paying way more on here than out of pocket. I don’t recommend this app and will not be using it.

Beyond Excellent
Airfordable has made traveling more accessible to people who prefer to “ball on a budget” i like to say. Not only is it a wonderful resource but the customer service is amazing and very helpful. communication is something i personally value and my experience was nothing less than fantastic.

I’ve been using airfordable for years and I’ve taken many trips - including my honeymoon, with the use of their service. It’s easy, reliable, the service fee is not expensive in my opinion, and customer service is always responsible when needed. I recommend them to anyone I can.

THIS APP IS SO LOW IRRITATING
They kicked me out of the app FOUR TIMES right as I was about to confirm my flight, but that was only after they acted like my flight got booked when it DIDN’T! I’m not gonna lie, I love supporting Black businesses, but Airfordable needs to do a MAJOR update.

My experience with Airfordable has been amazing great customer service and quick response to all my needs. I received my airline tickets on the same day and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I will be using this service for near future travels.
Making Trips More Affordable
I love using this app just off of the strength im a baddie on a budget with two kids. It makes taking trips with my babies easier 10/10 definitely recommend
