About

Pause. Breathe. Choose what happens next. Airlock pairs guided breathing with self-directed app blocking. You choose the apps, categories, and websites that deserve a pause. Breathing earns Airtime, and Airtime lets you open those selections for a time you choose. HOW IT WORKS • Choose what to block with Apple's Screen Time controls. • Complete a guided breathing session to earn Airtime. • Use the inline Greenhouse control to unlock your selections temporarily. • Let Airlock restore blocking automatically when the unlock ends. MORNING LOCK Start the day intentionally. Morning Lock can keep your selections blocked until you earn the required Airtime or finish a wait timer. An emergency option remains available when you need it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Airlock has no account, ads, analytics, or cloud sync. Your settings, breathing history, Airtime, and Screen Time selections stay on your iPhone. Guided breathing uses the honor system—Airlock does not use the camera, microphone, motion, or health sensors. Airlock is not medical treatment. Screen Time permission is required for app and website blocking; guided breathing remains available without it. Requires iOS 26 or later.
