Better off using their website
I’ve used the website for years to get info about airports. When I saw that they had an app I was pretty excited. Boy was I disappointed. It doesn’t have half the info I want (namely frequencies), and the UI is clunky, and reminds me of the very early days of android (think froyo: roughly 2010) Not only that, it is clearly developed for an iPhone w/ low resolution and shows up as a tiny rectangle that only takes up half of the available screen real estate. It’s got a button to make it bigger, but even that doesn’t fill the screen on my 6th Gen iPad mini. This was clearly an attempt to check the “we have an app” box and nothing more. Just use the website. It’s already well designed, and doesn’t crash.

Crashes and freezes and last update over one year ago
This app is crap... buggy and freezes... last update was over one year ago.
Navigation and Fuel Price Freezes
I use the web page version to plan trips with minor detours to get best prices. That works great but I can’t duplicate that process on the APP. It also freezes frequently after I access the fuel price function. I try to back out and resubmit the request for a different airport but app freezes, I get around by stopping and restarting. I think they would benefit from an overhaul by a professional app developer.

Constantly crashing
The app crashes on any search. I’m looking for a refund
Great app with some annoying bugs.
(1) after updating ‘Airport Directory’, leaving the app and returning to Airnav it needs updating again. Every. Single. Time.
(2) want to use the app to call an FBO? You have to confirm “Call xxx-xxx-xxxx?” twice. How about just once?

Crashes when using fuel price feature
App used to be very good, but now I must delete the app and reinstall every time I use it. Three times already today itcrashed when looking at the fuel price page. A new version released today did not fix this problem for me.
No longer usable.
Crashes every time I try to open. Can't use it anymore. Was a good app prior too though, but there's definitely a bug.
iPhone 4 App crash.
Love this app but I recently started experiencing a crash when attempting to open it on an iPhone 4 with iOS 7. Contacted support and was told to reinstall the app even though the minimum requirement says iOS 8 at the App Store. Works fine now. Very helpful, knowledgable support took time to contact me personally to get the problem solved.

Thank to your latest update, a once good little app is now worthless.
Try to open, app crashes. Deleted, reinstalled and tried to sign in, app says wrong information. Delete again try to register as a new user, message says network not available. Please fix!!!
