I can’t get it to even work

SOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!
Izzyjazz13Izzyjazz13

Doesn’t work, !

This is an awful user experience, first of all - doesn’t recognise an email unless it’s with the prefix .com !
Regularly logs you out and then will not allow you to refresh the password if forgotten it.
It’s terrible that 2 upper end companies (poltrona Frau and aqua di Parma) collaborate on something that doesn’t work

Not even beta level.

Impossible to keep the very expensive diffuser connected. Not usable.

插槽裡的Fragrance 設定之後無法有效記憶，刷新後馬上又歸零

Software 仍有Bug，請改善！
