This is an awful user experience, first of all - doesn’t recognise an email unless it’s with the prefix .com !
Regularly logs you out and then will not allow you to refresh the password if forgotten it.
It’s terrible that 2 upper end companies (poltrona Frau and aqua di Parma) collaborate on something that doesn’t work

Impossible to keep the very expensive diffuser connected. Not usable.
