Mask firmware doesn’t get updated

It always throws an error while updating firmware, connection and sync issues. Product is good but app is equally bad.

Minus stars if I could

Concept is amazing application is a nightmare. Won’t record data correctly and tried to replace filter in app and it would not let me. Normal troubleshooting before coming here I learned if you remove app and reinstall now you can set the app up like new just stuck on entering phone number in setup. Very very frustrating!

Can’t register and start tracking

I got this mask and tried signing up with the app. It won’t let me past the first screen where it asks for my phone number so the entire app and mask are essentially useless - may as well get a normal mask since none of the smart features are available.

Poor customer service and dead upon arrival

Multiple attempts to reach customer service. After a long wait product arrived with a dead battery that I had to find on Amazon.
