Glitch?
During events I’m not getting the security checks. I used to get them all the time, but since purchasing no ads they pop up every 3-4 times I open the game. Other times I’ll sit and wait 10-15 minutes and there isn’t a single one. They are essential for finishing at a decent rank and to earn the event planes. I have a full time job and other hobbies I can’t just sit and play this game 24/7

Update: I really enjoyed the game (especially the events) until it no longer allowed me to sign in and can’t figure out how to fix this issue
Been playing this game for a long time now. Always enjoy it. Recently when I make any in game purchase during the events I get the msg it went through then an error in the game. I’m having to try multiple times to get it to work and in the end I get what I’m purchasing but Apple is charging me multiple times bc it’s going through on their end and they won’t refund me. Very frustrating

This game’s Terms of Service are a hard red flag: by installing it you give the company sweeping rights to monitor your device, scan memory and processes, seize full ownership of your account, wipe your progress, revoke purchased items, and deny refunds at their discretion, all while limiting their liability to almost nothing and forcing any dispute into Malta where you effectively have no recourse. If you value your privacy, your purchases, or basic consumer protections, this is not a safe ecosystem to spend money in.

Le jeu est cool assez facile d’avancer mais même étant sur un 17 pro le jeu plante très régulièrement freeze et fais même reset l’iPhone. Il faudrait corriger cela rapidement

Fun idle game
This fun game is a nice break from gory shooters and what not. The opportunity that I see here and the reason for four stars instead of five is the following: I don’t want to buy diamonds every time I replay a location I would rather buy diamonds to progress at locations. As a programmer of 25 years myself, I get it, that means a lot of back in changes and the revenue model would change slightly. Right now if I buy something with diamonds, I have to re-buy it the next time I play the exact same location. Just seems kind of silly to spend your money on the exact same things on the exact same levels, etc. etc.. a little more infrastructure and a few more levels added and let us keep what we purchased with diamonds on previous rounds, but let us progress through those additional levels would be outstanding. As for now, I will keep playing because it’s a great time waster it’s a cute game. It’s fun. It’s not expensive which I really do appreciate, and for folks that are free to pay you can still have a ton of fun and make huge progress. Thanks for your time. Love the game.

My favorite game
It’s an amazing idle game, would recommend! They have an amazing support team. My game crashed after one of their updates but they were able to restore my game. I was so thankful to have my save back, especially my ad free version I paid for.

Schade , seit Monaten komme ich nicht mehr ins Spiel . Werde es wohl bald löschen . Hab mal Geld bezahlt damit ich keine Werbung mehr schauen muss , das ist dann wohl futsch .

Played game for a few years but the powers that be decided to reset game to beginning and lost everything and now ad ad ads sorry but now lost interest and have to delete I know I’ll lose my diamonds and time warps which was given to me when they reset game but I cannot go through all them ads again

New update
Since the update none of my purchases are there. Big one is no ads purchase. I’ve played this game for almost 2 years now off and on and I’ve reached out multiple times in the past few days and can’t get anything other than an automated response.

nova unlimited seems to have acquired this game, so now everyone just has to re-login, right? no big deal right? wrong, loading from the same id doesn’t work, so either get ignored by support, or load from a different id and wipe

Can’t progress in tutorial
Game is reset; ok. I filled up the progress bar with tasks at level 1, and then it froze; can’t hit the menu to contact support, can’t do anything at all. Persistent hang. Deleting and reloading hasn’t fixed it.
Not happy
I can’t log into the game now it keeps saying I need a internet connection when I’m at home in my WiFi

I’m at level 130 and about to level up to 131 but there seems to be only 131 levels. This is the reason for 2 stars.
Game Will Not Load
I love this game, but I have been trying for days to get into it. The start up screen gives three options: Try Again, Forget (use a different ID and possibly lose save progress ...seems like I would have to start over?), and Contact Us (which gives an error). I have uninstalled-reinstalled and hard rebooted my iPad. I have a WiFi connection. I am very sad.

No longer saves, lost account
I loved this game until recently. Something happened and it would not allow me to play saying I wasn’t connected to internet (I was). I uninstalled and reinstalled like I’d done in the past to fix this issue and I lost my save. The links on the website and in the app for help don’t work and they don’t respond on Facebook messenger or comments on their post.
