Lagging
This app used to be fast and reliable, but recently it has not been so. I use this app mostly at work and at LHR this is a very useful tool to have. Please can this issue be solved.
Has bugs
This app is rubbish now, logs me out every few days and keeps asking for a pin to be emailed to my work email, which sometimes I don’t have access to. Needs sorting out.

Gate / equipment changes
It’s makes no sense that when selecting ‘updates’ to be notified about a particular flight, you don’t get a notification for an equipment swap or gate/stand change??

Love this App- I work for UK Government, app is really handy as so get to see the gate before it gets published by any other app- well done AC

The new update has removed the filter by airlines option.

Easy to navigate great app!
Favourites list/tab missing
Hello, the app is useful and very informative. You are able to favourite a flight but i can’t seem to find the tab for it. It’s not on my home-screen nor is it in the side menu. Would be nice if you could add it in an update. Maybe also do widgets for your favourites flights for us widget enjoyers.

There is no zero so I have to put 1 star . I have done close call on heavy bags so many times. The bags are so heavy to move / slide on the search table . Officers are getting injured . Nothing is being done .
Used to be good
The option that when we click on ‘departure’ and it would scroll down, right to the current departing flights is removed so now every time it starts with the first flights of the day hence we have to scroll manually all the way down to the current flights ( think about the late night flights!) A change that made things worse, why?

Slowly over time fewer and fewer features are available on the free version, despite the advertising! Many of us who work in the industry cannot afford to pay for full access and the companies we work for do not buy additional licenses to allow us unfettered access. This makes it difficult for us to do our jobs as we are unable to filter out airlines and aircraft types that do not apply to us.

i can not use the App for my Airport. My Homebase is MUC sorry but so this App is …. not working and useless for me

Really useful. But much slower now
The app is an essential part of my working life as airline crew at LHR. However over recent weeks it has become so slow and clunky. It used be super fast and the data feed would appear instantly. This is with a strong internet connection or on WiFi. Seems very laggy now. Any fix to come in a future update to address this much appreciated. Otherwise, couldn’t be without it.

Unable to update
Like other users, unable to use it as the splash screen has a button to ‘update’, that doesn’t work.
Wont accept my e-mail
Cant register. Wont accept my credentials.
Update button not working
I have a message on the screen that tell me to update press here but nothing is happening and I can’t get passed this screen , I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still not working

T( app left a message that it needed an update by April 2024. However, no information was available on how to update, and no updates available on the App Store.
There is now a screen when I log in that says “this app needs updating” and provides a button to click to update the app.
Funny old thing - the button doesn’t work when you click it.
So no updates on the App Store and no way of updating using the broken link.
This app is now useless!
