Don’t buy
Great when it works.
Have been unable to import my roster for over 6 months now, rendering the app useless. But support just keep replying with automatic, generic messages. They don’t fix the problems. I purchased a years subscription, but has only worked for half of it.

Very poor customer service
I have been using the app since 2019, however I’m not sure if it’s because the app grow a bit, but I have been encountering a few unsolved problems since end of may.
The customer support became very disappointing; I have sent a few emails about issues and never received a reply. I referred a few colleagues initially and none of them were credited even tho they are using the app.
It feels like the app has grown but the services hasn’t kept up.
So based on my experience I can’t recommend paying for it.

Gaaaanz schlecht
Diese App ist einfach nur schlecht. Ich verstehe einfach nicht, wie eine Airline sich für so etwas entscheidet. Ständig muss man sich neu anmelden und dann funktioniert es noch nicht einmal…

Decent app when it works…which is rare
When the app works, it’s pretty good. Unfortunately when you have an issue (and you very frequently will) and contact support, it takes them months to get back to you. In the meantime, you’ve paid for a subscription for an app that’s completely worthless.
