User reviews

Not for UAL

Used to be a good app for syncing rosters but not longer supports UAL. Multiple inquires sent with responses such as “we are actively working on a solution” but it’s been like this for months.

Used to be good

Quality has gone down hill since CAE bought the app. Customer service is virtually non-existent anymore. Unable to upload my schedule in the way I have in the past….kind of makes a scheduling app pretty useless.

Cierre de sesión frecuente

Me gusta mucho esta aplicación, siento que da mucha utilidad, pero lo que no me gusta es que se cierra la sesión constantemente, bueno, al menos en iOS

Garbage. Avoid

It went from bad to worse. Stopped working 6 months ago, support are non-existent. Many emails sent, no replies no fixes. Avoid at all costs. Absolute garbage.

Avoid at all costs.

Used to be a great app, I raised an issue with uploading my airlines roster over 3 month ago. For the last month I have had the same copy and paste standard response. So I am better off than some they did respond. Issue still is not fixed and doesn’t seem likely to ever be. It’s such a shame as was once an amazing app. Now please don’t pay for this app. The customer service and back up are appalling.
