승차권 제휴업체에서 구매하고 열차 예약하려고 했더니 비회원 인증에서 아예안넘어가고 다시 켜서 진행하니 중복이라고 안돼고.. 어플관리 절실해보여요

표 예약하고 가다가 시간이 너무 촉박해져서 취소하려고 하는데 반환하기 하니까 계속 오류가 뜨네요? 와이파이 문젠가 해서 껐다가도 켜보고 어플 다시 실행해보고 별짓을 다해도 반환하기- 환불처리 누르면 계속 시스템 오류로 서비스 이용이 불안전하다고 오류가 납니다^^ 장난합니까???
결국 열차 출발시간 되니까 그제서야 허용시간 초과했다고 환불 불가하다고 안내뜨네요ㅎ 고의로 이랬나 싶을 정도로 어이없습니다;;;;
