You can purchase a Pro version for additional features, but the free version is great.

POTS Heart Monitoring
I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, so being able to constantly monitor my heart rate helps me and my doctor have objective information to use in my doctor’s appointments. The interface is really nice and everything is very easy to set up. This is the definition of an app that promises to do something, and does it well. Thank you for making this app. ❤️

Works almost unbelievably well.
With things like this, I almost always expect some jankiness. But not here! Very nicely polished UI, lovely tutorial instruction slideshow, great tracking.
