This app is completely useless. It doesn’t even load properly, making it impossible to use. Very disappointing experience.

Unable to login after signup
Appreciated that MOA come up with app where mango people can raise voice but this app doesn’t work at all. Today i signed up and trying to login since almost 1 hr but it end up with below funny message “Info The application was unable to securely communicate with the server. Please check your internet connectivity.” Fyi.. i am well connected with my wifi thats the reason i am able to write review 😝

Air Seva Works
We were having trouble reaching to star air post cancellation of flight from there side. Countless calls and even email, no reply.
One grievance case on air seva and within 12 hrs got the conformation on refund initiation.

AIRSEWA Does not resolving the issues with the airline whenever you create a grievance they sent you repetitive responses…

A PERFECT GOVERNMENT APPLICATION
GOI will never fail to fail you. We Indians are self proclaimed leaders in software development and yet we develop an app that’s absolutely useless. Cannot even sign up to register a grievance. Pathetic.

Forget password link is broken, investigative journalist can seek info via RTI on contract awarded for this app which might expose why these app are of low quality
Horrible app
Such a horrible app. This is nothing but a mobile web version. You even get banner to install the app even when you are inside the app.
The password reset doesnt work, an annoying loading screen always block the entire screen and what not!

As useless as govt
This is useless waste of time. They also make it a point to announce this useless app in airlines. As usual govt experience.
Another useless Govt app
Most frustrating experience. One just can’t even sign up easily. After mustering great perseverance if one does sign up logging in to register grievance seems impossible. Tried 12 times but continuous error is “can’t connect to server. Check internet..” though I am on 100+ mbps connection. This suits every stakeholder (except travellers). For airlines who do not have to be answerable and to the govt dept who do not have to track it.

App Works !
I was able to lodge a grievance using this app, however the problem is you need to verify your email and phone number before raising any grievance, and there are OTP at every step.
This is some painful thing, yet to see response from the redressal team.
