I think ever since Adani took over most of the airports in India, be it in terms of entire execution or just management, the service level has increased. I am so happy with the countless offers and discounts that these guys offer via their App. Additionally, it is also crazy that these guys have built such a well integrated app with smooth UI/UX that makes your airport experience so much better. I would highly recommend to use the app whenever you are at the airport , you will only benefit.

Worst support & worst app too book any tickets.
Its been 5 days i have cancelled the ticket with airline under DGCA policy( which indian govt give free cancellation to customer within 24 hours ). But after doing that as connecting to adani support team. They are not even giving any resolution just giving case id’s and telling its inder process internal team is looking into it. Its been 10 days mow i have been waiting for it. Every customer support executive comes on call say different thongs. Its such a scammer app and services they are running being this reputed company doing such things dont suit. Now if i didnt get the refund withint 24 to 48 hours i will filae case with the componsation for my time & mental pressure as well which i have put up in this thing.

Easy to use
Great app. Easy to use on the go. The only problem is that it doesn’t work in Australia. VPN required unfortunately.
