Airport Experience 10x Amplified

I think ever since Adani took over most of the airports in India, be it in terms of entire execution or just management, the service level has increased. I am so happy with the countless offers and discounts that these guys offer via their App. Additionally, it is also crazy that these guys have built such a well integrated app with smooth UI/UX that makes your airport experience so much better. I would highly recommend to use the app whenever you are at the airport , you will only benefit.

Worst support & worst app too book any tickets.

Its been 5 days i have cancelled the ticket with airline under DGCA policy( which indian govt give free cancellation to customer within 24 hours ). But after doing that as connecting to adani support team. They are not even giving any resolution just giving case id’s and telling its inder process internal team is looking into it. Its been 10 days mow i have been waiting for it. Every customer support executive comes on call say different thongs. Its such a scammer app and services they are running being this reputed company doing such things dont suit. Now if i didnt get the refund withint 24 to 48 hours i will filae case with the componsation for my time & mental pressure as well which i have put up in this thing.
Adani rating zero, 3rd class service.

Great app. Easy to use on the go. The only problem is that it doesn’t work in Australia. VPN required unfortunately.

Excellent app

The app is fantastic easy and responsive what I am disappointed is when you order food from app it’s 20-30₹ more then the price at outlets. Like I had the experience at madras coffee house the rate on app was 20₹ more. You already take rent we pay high price for food items and you charging the amount over what stated at counter can be reduced to 5₹ as convenience charges if you are looking to earn the revenue from passenger who also pays airport user fees :). Now on food. The quality is okay and the size is too small. The Mendu vada was half the size from regular udipi hotel and the price was three times. Hope we get value for money when you charge such high premiums on everything. Providing good hygiene service is must and compulsory but you already charge user fees for same. Hope you will take care of points I found needs consideration.

Never use this app for airport cab service

Never use adani app for cab services. I pre-booked a cab for the airport, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact support through the app, it kept showing the error: “Something went wrong…”.

I made multiple attempts to reach customer care, but no one answered. The app states that for cab grievances and claims, a request must be submitted within 12 hours of the pickup time — but how is that possible if both the app and your customer care fail to help?

Late at night, I finally managed to connect with an Adani team member after waiting 15–20 minutes on hold. Instead of resolving my problem, he said he needed to check with the internal team and that a refund could not be guaranteed. Can I ask why? If you didn’t provide the service, how can you still charge the customer?

Instead of transparent and timely support, I only received vague and unhelpful responses.

Adani One team — how exactly do you plan to resolve this issue.
