App doesn’t work
It says network is offline as I am connected to it and leaving this review. Whoever made this software should have their family massacred.

App not working
I cannot install my airties with the app. QR code is not recognized and serial number is not found. Therefore not usable and installing not possible.

Alte App gelöscht, neue funktioniert nicht
Ich habe mir zwei AirTies nachgekauft, und versucht diese mit der neuen App versucht einzurichten. Die neue App erkennt die Seriennummern bzw. den QR Code nicht. Absolut ärgerlich. Die alte App kann man nicht mehr runterladen

My Airties 4920 have smaller Sticker (2 of them). QR-Codes from DG (Deutsche Glasfaser) are not recognized, also serialnumbers from DG are not supported. Therefor zero stars (minus 5 is not possible).
Unable to create an account
The app uses a static screen and has a poor user experience for sign up. I was unable to tell why the form rejected my sign up. The error messages were hidden behind the button at the bottom of the page.

The features are non existent only good if you want to see the devices ip other than that horrible. You also can’t see Ethernet connections
No Support from Airties
Company constantly ignores emails begging for help installing login and all functions. I have reported them and my isp to the Better Business Bureau. Most users I talk with have same issues, and same ignoring by support. Seems Airties will try to skiff customers to any others support (ISP, Modem Company, Network device company) but theirs. I thought that the name Airties being printed on the device would allow me to at least ask questions about setup 🤷🏻♀️. Airties ignores simple users—they are ONLY interested in the big technology conferences and big money ISPs. The refusal to use will start with 1 customer infecting millions and that might get their attention. I just want to use the products I paid for.

Worthless app locking me out of my internet
Airties forces me to download this app instead of using the old app. This app doesnt detect my previously set up extender, and when scanning the qr code says it is already set up. So im just locked out of internet until i call customer support during their hours (who to contact for this, is also not very obvious). Absolute terrible customer experience. This is THE worst app experience of my life. This is not how you do migration to a new app. Please learn to support existing customers and data.

Old app no longer supported, new app won’t recognize QR code or S/N, then says product not supported. I bought about a year ago - how can this be? Big tech bullying you to buy newer versions…after a year? Really?

It can not detect my extender. Its so upsetting now Airsonics selfi force me to is this and it does not work

Heb twee Airties boosters verkregen via een kennis. Vlotte install met de app. Snelheid van de Wi-Fi thuis is aanzienlijk verbeterd. Leuk om met de app te kunnen volgen wat er op mijn netwerk gebeurt.
Great app
I just downloaded the app to install my latest Airties WiFi-6 Router. Installation was very easy, app located my Router with a QR code scan. I was able to complete the installation of Air4960 Router and two Air4960 extenders in less than 10 minutes. Now we have full coverage throughout the home✌️
