Log in option
It always transfer me to log in screen back and forth if I need any additional service, and even unable to do the service I clicked on, you have to fix this issue as it’s frustrated and doesn’t help us to complete an on line service.
APP IS SUPER GLITCHY 🤦🏾♂️
The Face Scan login keeps activating even after I’m already logged into the app. It interrupts me every time I try to do anything, like downloading my bill. They need to fix this ASAP—the app is way too glitchy to function properly.
No point
There’s currently no point to this app other than finding power outages.
Extremely glitchy
App used to work fine, now takes me back to login screen any time I click anything. Can’t even view bills.
Not functioning properly
The app doesn’t toggle between multiple accounts. Very frustrating when trying to access bills. Also, does not download bills so you can print them. Please fix
